Dr. Reza Hosseini Ghomi, MD, MSE

Dr. Reza Hosseini Ghomi is a neuropsychiatrist, biomedical engineer, and serial health-tech founder building the future of value-based care. A cancer survivor at 22, he pivoted from naval engineering to medicine, dedicating his career to dismantling healthcare inefficiencies and pioneering technology-enabled care models. He sees patients with a focus on neurodegenerative disorders.

As founder of four health-tech ventures, including Frontier Psychiatry and MedFlow (currently CEO), his work bridges deep medicine and advanced engineering. His innovations span MR image registration software, EHR automation, digital cognitive testing, and voice-based digital biomarkers for early dementia detection. A vocal advocate for cognitive longevity, early clinical intervention, and AI-enhanced workflow automation, he mentors the next generation of healthcare entrepreneurs on driving evidence-based change while scaling platforms with authenticity and long-term sustainability.

Dr. June Magallanes, MD

Dr. June Magallanes is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine who has dedicated much of her career to caring for older adults. She previously served as a Home Health Medical Director and Lead Physician for a Homebound Primary Care Program.

Her years of caring for older adults on the East Coast and, during the final decade of her medical practice, in Northern California’s Bay Area gave her firsthand insight into the health, financial, and family challenges that often accompany aging and retirement.

Inspired by these experiences, Dr. Magallanes transitioned into financial services and financial education, bringing a physician’s perspective to retirement planning and long-term care strategies. Her mission is to empower individuals and families through financial education and personalized guidance, helping them protect what matters most and prepare confidently for the future.

Dr. Sheila Yuter, MSPH, Ed.D.

Dr. Sheila Yuter holds an MSPH in Public Health Administration from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Francisco.

Her academic work focuses on applying complexity theory to understand how organizations function, particularly the influence of informal networks on formal structures of power and authority. She also brings extensive senior management experience across diverse health and hospital systems, leading teams in strategic decision-making within state and federal healthcare policy frameworks.

Her work has included strengthening collaboration between primary care and mental health providers, improving patient care, establishing performance standards for community-based organizations, and developing programs that connect healthcare delivery systems with community health needs.

Dr. Maryam Yamini, MD

Raised in Iran and Germany, Dr. Maryam Yamini earned her medical degree from Hannover Medical School in Germany. Her clinical experience spans diverse healthcare systems and clinical settings across several countries, including many years of practicing medicine in the United States.

A strong advocate of patient-centered, holistic, and integrated care, she is equally passionate about medical education. Throughout her career, she has trained and mentored medical students and residents, encouraging them to become thoughtful clinicians, lifelong learners, curious innovators, and active contributors to their communities.

Through NextGenSynapse, she brings together medicine, education, and technology, building bridges across disciplines, generations, and cultures. Her vision is to empower the next generation to help shape a more innovative, inclusive, and human-centered future for healthcare.
